Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist role is extremely data-driven and analytical, capable of not only reporting on performance metrics but also interpreting the data to guide marketing strategy and overall investments. The role involves working across sales and marketing functions to drive marketing impact, prove ROI and increase operational efficiency. A successful Marketing Operations Specialist will have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to marketing operations and extended teams.

What You Will Do

Build, test, optimize and execute incoming marketing campaign requests across all business verticals and segments. Implement marketing automation paths based on campaign workflows and/or internal processes. Assist with the lead management process, capturing, qualifying and passing leads to sales teams for action.

Requirements

• Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Advanced Marketo proficiency required with experience in campaign execution, nurture programs, audience segmentation, tokens, lead scoring and more.
• Knowledge of database architecture, advanced Excel, data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce lead/contact/campaign objects and as an integrated CRM platform.
• Knowledge about email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
