Product Operations & Testing Coordinator

Role Overview

The Product Operations & Testing Coordinator will oversee product testing and safety compliance operations, ensuring all products meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. This role is responsible for the end-to-end purchase order process from purchase order through warehouse receipt.

Key responsibilities include testing & compliance, product operations, vendor and supplier management, inventory and data management, process improvement and strategy.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product testing, purchasing, import operations, or supply chain management
• Experience with product testing, compliance, and regulatory standards (CPSC, customs, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools (SAGE, Salesforce, or similar preferred)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
