What You Will Do

Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and communications across CRM, digital, paid, owned and earned channels. Manage multiple marketing workstreams from brief through to delivery, balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to execution within a customer focused environment, ideally B2C
• Broad marketing experience across several channels, including areas such as CRM, digital, brand, paid media, content, social or PR
• Proven experience managing multiple marketing workstreams at pace while maintaining high standards of quality, organisation and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across different business functions and influencing colleagues at varying levels of seniority
• A commercially focused approach, with experience using customer and campaign performance data to assess impact, improve activity and support conversion and revenue outcomes
• Experience translating marketing strategy into clear briefs and high-quality execution, working collaboratively with creative, digital, channel or agency partners
