Working Student (m/w/d) Sales Operations

Role Overview

Join Aareon’s Sales Operations team to gain insight into the inner workings of a modern sales organization and learn how efficient processes drive sales success. You will work with modern CRM and reporting tools, and actively contribute to improving our sales organization through data-driven insights and process optimization.

What You Will Do

Support the analysis, maintenance, and optimization of sales data within our CRM system, create and prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support sales performance management, assist in optimizing and documenting sales processes, and contribute to maintaining data quality and ensuring the accuracy of customer and sales data.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage, but not required
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and an effective communicator
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
