People Operations Expert

Role Overview

The People Operations Expert will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience, working closely with People Business Partners, employees, and other key stakeholders to support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring People processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning and supporting People processes, including the employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding, leave and absence, organisational changes, internal mobility, and the annual People Cycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, People Operations or a related field
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage different priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with MS Office and HR systems such as Workday; experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
