Role Overview
The Maintenance Services Supervisor leads and coordinates maintenance services with a focus on safety, reliability, execution, and documentation discipline. This role sets expectations, drives performance, and ensures all activities align with organizational safety standards and best practices.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include setting expectations and overseeing roll grinding, roll building, rebuilds & refurbishments, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and documentation standards, and maintaining safe, organized shop environments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or minimum 5-7 years managerial experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills on industrial equipment
- Ability to communicate and make decisions, adapt to cultural change, and work within a diverse environment
- CMRP certification a plus
- CMMS experience required
- SAP experience a plus
- Experience in a union environment implementing change initiatives considered a plus
