Role Overview
As a Technical Marketing Manager, you will act as the primary technical counterpart for selected customer accounts and market segments. You will lead technical pre-sales activities from specification review and solution definition through customer presentations, training and approval processes. You will also develop partnerships with selected customers in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
What You Will Do
You will be mainly accountable for acting as the primary technical counterpart for assigned accounts and strategic sales opportunities, serving as the technical lead in large tenders, frame agreements and product approvals, delivering technical presentations on our product portfolio and applications for prospective and existing customers, leading and conducting factory acceptance tests (FATs) for assigned customer accounts, and providing technical training to local sales teams and customers.

Requirements
- BSc or MSc level degree in Electrical engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with protection relays, protection applications, or substation automation
- Experience in commissioning protection relays or substation automation systems is considered an advantage
- Experience with PCM600, Omicron, or similar tools is considered an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
