Role Overview

As the Associate Marketing Director, you will lead overall brand strategic direction to deliver sales, market share, and P&L versus target. You will develop, coach and supervise direct reports to ensure effective planning and execution of marketing plans and activities, while strengthening and growing the Nutrition business by designing and implementing business strategies and inspiring the team to achieve business objectives.

What You Will Do

Provide Sales and Marketing team with leadership and direction to achieve the overall sales, profit and market share position of the Nutrition business. Create brand NPI roadmap and align with Management/AREA team. Lead and develop marketing objectives, strategies, annual marketing and sales plans in coordination with marketing/product managers and ensure their execution.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a Business or Science discipline or equivalent.
  • Strong marketing and sales track record of more than 10 years in the pharmaceutical or nutritional industry.
  • Good understanding of marketing-related principles and comprehensive industry knowledge.
  • Strong decision-making capability with the ability to identify and evaluate issues, opportunities and solutions.
  • Experience monitoring business performance through key performance indicators and strategic planning.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Flexible in digital transformation and able to embrace change in dynamic environments.
  • Adaptability to varying environments, responsibilities and business priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to build partnerships and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to achieving business goals.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to generate creative solutions to business challenges.
  • High integrity and commitment to maintaining ethical and organizational standards.
