Role Overview

As a Manager – Global Performance Marketing Technology, you will be responsible for shaping and stewarding global Performance Marketing technology capabilities. You will connect marketing strategy with technology execution by defining capability roadmaps, aligning platform and data strategies, enabling scalable operating models, and ensuring investments are tied to measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

You will provide strategic guidance to Marketing and Digital teams on how technology can enhance global Performance Marketing capabilities, oversee and continuously improve the business use of marketing technology platforms, and partner with analytics, data, privacy, and platform teams to enable reliable measurement, reporting, audience activation, tagging strategy, and optimization capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Performance Marketing, CRM, Digital Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, MarTech/AdTech, or related technology strategy disciplines
• 5 years in strategic planning, transformation, or technology leadership roles
• Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into capability roadmaps, business processes, technology requirements, and measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of performance marketing workflows, including campaign planning, paid media activation, audience management, tagging, analytics, reporting, optimization, and experimentation
