Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist

Role Overview

We have an opportunity for the role of Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist within our Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics (RMDx) division based out of Chicago, IL. As the Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist, you’ll manage the marketing automation and CRM ecosystem that supports demand generation, lead management, and reporting across multiple RMDx business units.

What You Will Do

Administer and optimize the marketing automation platform across multiple business units. Manage CRM integrations, data flows, lead routing, lifecycle processes, and platform governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing-to-sales data integration.
• Experience with lead scoring, lead routing, lifecycle management, and database administration.
• Experience building and managing automated marketing programs and email campaigns.
