Assistant FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

Prepare and consolidate financial reporting, support commercial and shared service teams, and interpret financial information to support sound financial and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1-2 years’ experience in finance business partnering or FP&A
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Experience working with shared service providers and within a matrix organization
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other complex commercial environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization
• Strong data reconciliation skills with attention to data accuracy and controls
• Moderate to advanced Excel and spreadsheet capability
• Knowledge of SAP, TM1, and PowerBI experience preferred
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, and predictive modelling preferred
