Role Overview
As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will be the technical authority on revenue, owning the entire Order to Cash cycle, from interfacing with the sales team to billing and collection efforts. You will be responsible for building processes from scratch and taking ownership of complex revenue arrangements.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include authoring the revenue accounting policy set, owning the monthly revenue close, replacing manual revenue entries with an automated billing-to-revenue reconciliation, and governing order to cash.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you should be a licensed CPA with a Big 4 or comparable technical accounting foundation, plus real industry experience in a high-growth startup environment. You should also have demonstrable ASC 606 experience with usage-based or consumption revenue.
