Associate Director, Procurement Finance FP&A

Role Overview

The Associate Director, Procurement Finance FP&A leads financial planning and analysis for the Procurement function, including Plans, Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), and Long Range Plans (LRPs). The role also provides strategic finance partnership to Procurement leadership, helping shape transformation priorities and translate financial insights into actionable business decisions.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement financial strategies, lead end-to-end financial planning & analysis, oversee financial aspects of capital investments, and provide financial leadership on Procurement transformation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 7–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
• Direct FP&A experience highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills
• Hands-on expertise with SAP, BPC, and Excel
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query or other financial analytics tools is a plus
• CPA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred
