Marketing Manager I/II, Portfolio Growth – Migraine

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager I/II, Portfolio Growth, Migraine, will help advance priority growth initiatives across the U.S. Migraine portfolio. This role will translate strategy into execution, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and use consumer and omnichannel insights to optimize performance.

Key job responsibilities include translating portfolio growth strategies into executable plans, supporting implementation and launch readiness of priority consumer-centered growth initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional teams to manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of consumer, omnichannel, portfolio, or other relevant commercial marketing experience.
• Consumer marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another data-driven industry.
• Experience executing integrated marketing across digital media, social, website, CRM, search, and other consumer touchpoints.
• Experience with omnichannel measurement, including audience segmentation, funnel and conversion analysis, channel performance, and marketing-mix optimization.
• Experience using KPIs, dashboards, and test-and-learn approaches to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting the implementation or launch of a new consumer experience, platform, service model, or growth initiative.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and integrated timelines.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred; migraine or neuroscience experience is a plus.
