Oncology Market Access Marketing Manager I/II role supports the Oncology OMAM team in executing market access strategies and delivering compliant value communications for payer and account facing field teams.
Requirements
- Coordinate agencies per AD/Director guidance
- Manage briefs, timelines, trafficking
- Escalate strategic market access topics as needed
- Develop and maintain promotional/value materials within the MLR process
- Support IBT: attend extended meetings, share access updates
- Maintain operational rigor: deliverable/approval/budget trackers, policy review documentation, accurate finance/compliance reporting
- Manage and maintain finance trackers, including spend reconciliation, communication with finance teams, opening POs and SOWs
- Manage plans, cadences, and deadlines across indications
- Communicate clearly and early on risks/dependencies with mitigation recommendations
- Collaborate with Market Access Marketing, Brand, HEOR, Medical Payer Strategy, APEX, Trade/Distribution, Legal/Regulatory/Medical, OEC, Finance, and agencies/vendors
