Remote Sales Development Manager

Role Overview

Join ABC Fitness as a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of inbound and outbound SDRs responsible for generating pipeline for our SMB business. You’ll shape how Sales Development operates, influence go-to-market strategy, and develop the next generation of sales talent. The role involves coaching, developing, and leading a team to consistently achieve SQL and pipeline goals.

What You Will Do

Coach, develop, and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently achieve SQL and pipeline goals. Inspect daily execution through call recordings, conversation intelligence, CRM data, and activity metrics to identify coaching opportunities. Develop future sales talent by mentoring SDRs into successful Account Executives and sales leaders.

Requirements

• 6+ years leading high-performing SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales teams
• A proven track record of improving pipeline generation through coaching and performance management
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales development motions
• Experience using Salesforce as a management and coaching tool
• Experience with sales engagement and conversation intelligence platforms such as Nooks, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or similar technologies
• Comfortable leveraging AI to analyze conversations, identify trends, improve coaching, and drive team performance
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into action
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership skills
