As Billing Lead, you will help bring “Invest in your tomorrow” to life by leading accurate, well-controlled billing operations that support stronger outcomes for our clients and our business. This finance operations Billing leadership role is a high-impact leadership opportunity within Finance Operations in Edinburgh.
What You Will Do
Lead Billing Operations across invoicing, collections and helpdesk activity, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant outcomes. Oversee complex fee calculations, including management fees, recharges, investment management agreement fees, performance fees and rebates.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in Finance Operations Billing within a complex and regulated environment.
- Strong people leadership experience across billing, collections and client-facing support functions, including leading multi-layered onshore and offshore teams.
- Deep understanding of billing processes, complex fee structures, Accounts Receivable and collections.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining oversight of operational delivery and team performance.
