The Account Manager – Janitorial Services is responsible for overseeing day-to-day janitorial operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee daily janitorial operations
- Supervise, train, and support janitorial staff
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Address client inquiries, service requests, and concerns
- Coordinate staffing needs
- Monitor labor hours, equipment usage, and supply inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local/state regulations
- Prepare reports, document service levels, and communicate updates to management
- Support contract renewals, service enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
