Marketing Automation Manager

ABM is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to lead the architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ABM marketing campaigns. The role involves working closely with marketing departments, IT, brand, external agencies, and internal subject matter experts to deploy a successful campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • Manage day-to-day administration of Marketo campaigns, reporting, and database operations.
  • Oversee the Marketing Automation team and develop capabilities of individuals on that team.
  • Develop digital campaigns and nurture strategy by researching and recommending segmentation, targeting, and personalization best practices.
  • Plan, build, and deploy Marketo integrated campaigns designed to generate leads for Sales.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing and data validation to ensure accurate data and performance reporting.
  • Manage tagging and tracking via utm parameters.
  • Stay abreast of Opt-in laws and privacy acts such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA and CASL.
