The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role. Responsibilities include solving problems through systems, delivering high-quality Salesforce support, and maintaining data accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures
- Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation
- Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross-functional environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required
- Experience with integrating other sales tech with SF an asset – such as Similarweb, Gong, RedVolcano etc.
- Understanding of AI and how to leverage it in these environments
