Role Overview
As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will be a key member of the Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations. You will be responsible for establishing operational excellence across Blackline Go To Market organization.
What You Will Do
You will refine Go To Market processes, define and build data products and automations, design and build controls in reporting and visualization tools, and assist in identifying measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business decisions.

You will work closely with Go To Market leaders to quantify market opportunities and assist in allocating and planning resources to maximize sales results and meet targets. You will also drive the annual sales planning process and work cross-functionally in different strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or FP&A with a focus on supporting GTM functions
- 5 years of experience with data modeling for reporting
- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous Power BI experience
- Previous experience with SQL
- Previous experience with an ETL tool
- Previous HubSpot experience
- Experience with architecture, administration, and troubleshooting in Microsoft-based infrastructure and productivity environments
