Role Overview
The Senior Coordinator – Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Practice Office Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for strategically managing inventory and revenue cycle activities and assisting the firm in achieving its financial targets through the delivery of an efficient and commercially focused service.
What You Will Do
Manage the revenue lifecycle for a group of billing attorneys or matters, ensuring compliance with applicable court requirements and filing deadlines, acting as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact, establishing and maintaining strong internal and external client relationships, and constructively influencing billing behavior and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or a related field, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounting, and a minimum of five (5) years of cumulative professional experience.
