Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations
- Experience building or scaling revenue operations functions within a healthcare technology, SaaS, or startup environment
- Proven expertise managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, including administration, optimization, and data governance
- Strong track record developing forecasting processes, pipeline management frameworks, and executive reporting
- Experience creating reporting infrastructure, dashboards, business intelligence solutions, and commercial performance analytics
- Deep understanding of revenue lifecycle management, sales processes, and commercial operating models
- Ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- Ability to operate independently, build structure from ambiguity, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate emerging technologies into daily workflows
