Role Overview
Lead revenue strategy across an assigned portfolio of hotels to drive RevPAR through balanced occupancy and ADR performance. Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on commercial strategy.
What You Will Do
Support revenue strategy, execute pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies, lead weekly revenue meetings, monitor market trends, and optimize distribution channel mix.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6+ years of hotel revenue management experience
- Experience driving revenue strategy and market share performance
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in revenue systems (RMS), channel management, forecasting tools, and data analytics
- Ability to travel 15% of the time
Benefits
- Starting base salary from $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 annually
