Requirements

  • 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures.
  • Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation.
  • Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment.
