Senior Team Lead Risk, Control & Data – CRO IT & Cyber

Role Overview

As Head of IT & Cyber Risk Management, you lead a team of risk professionals and drive a consistent, data-driven approach to IT risk, cyber security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the Risk, Control & Data team within CRO IT & Cyber, improve risk management practices, strengthen control effectiveness, and provide senior management with clear information for decision-making.

Requirements

• A university degree, preferably in IT, Information Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT risk, cyber security, operational resilience, outsourcing risk or a related discipline.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing professional teams.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive-level governance.
• Relevant certifications in IT risk management, cyber security and/or IT audit.
• Professional proficiency in English.
