Sales Operations Specialist – Light Mobility

Role Overview

Support the Light Mobility Sales division by managing end-to-end purchasing operations through SAP, ensuring procurement compliance, and delivering accurate sales reporting and analysis.

What You Will Do

Create and process Purchase Requisitions, convert approved PRs into Purchase Orders, monitor PR and PO approval workflows, track PO status, reconcile purchase orders, and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations, procurement coordination, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with SAP (PR/PO workflows)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
