As a Senior/Expert Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5-10 enterprise E-Commerce SaaS customers and ensuring their long-term success with SCAYLE’s platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise ecommerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting
- Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures
- Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles
