Jr Sales Operations Associate

Role Overview

The Jr Sales Operations Associate will drive the quote-to-order process, serve as a key internal liaison, manage and resolve discrepancies, and deliver customer support. The role requires recent graduates or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, providing support to Sales teams or in a Sales role.

What You Will Do

The Jr Sales Operations Associate will prepare quotes, review customer purchase orders, enter sales orders into Arrow’s ERP system, and respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, order status, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Recent graduates or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, providing support to Sales teams or in a Sales role
• Experience managing an ERP (Oracle Preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, to analyze data, present reports
• Desirable use of Power BI
• English proficiency; with excellent communication skills
