Role Overview

Arrow ECS is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Program Manager to join the Global GTM Programs team. This entry-level role is ideal for an early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, and can coordinate multiple stakeholders across regions.

What You Will Do

The Program Manager will support global go-to-market programs by maintaining SharePoint sites, managing documentation, tracking milestones, supporting internal communications, and helping project manage the launch of internal sales enablement tooling, including Highspot-related enablement workstreams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, pages, and content repositories.

• Experience supporting tool launches, internal communications, or change management activities.
• Exposure to sales, channel, partner, or go-to-market organizations.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America and EMEA.
