Role Overview

The Sales Operations Associate executes daily operational tasks within a global environment, focusing on order processing, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and policy compliance.

What You Will Do

Support Sales and Operations Account Managers, process customer orders, manage the order lifecycle, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer order difficulties.
