Sales Operations Associate

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will work closely with internal sales teams, vendor representatives, and reseller partners across Eastern Europe. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient order processing from customer order through to invoicing.

What You Will Do

Providing professional customer support primarily via email, managing the order lifecycle, supporting internal sales teams, working closely with resellers and vendor representatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance in order processing and data management.

Requirements

• Technical or business-related education
• Previous experience in sales operations, customer service, order management, or a sales support environment
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or another ERP/order management system
