Mid / Senior Growth Visual Designer @ Superhuman (Contract)

Role Overview

Join Superhuman’s Growth Design team as a Senior Growth Visual & Motion Designer on a 6-month contract. Lead the design and production of visual assets across the customer journey, working with product managers, engineers, marketers, and the Brand Creative team.

What You Will Do

Lead design and execution of visual assets, develop processes for intake and partnership, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cohesive design solutions, and incorporate data-driven insights to iterate on designs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of visual design experience, advanced Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills, and a strong portfolio of visual systems and production work. Motion graphics or product animation experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a visual designer or in a similar design role
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of visual design projects, graphic design production, visual systems, communication design, and creative problem-solving
