Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for owning intake and triage, leading requirements gathering, and analyzing impact. They will configure the platform, maintain Service Cloud, administer Field Service, and design for users. They will also deliver reporting, build for scale, manage access, and support data governance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field and a Salesforce Certified Administrator credential. They will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator and experience leading requirements gathering, process analysis, and impact assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator
• Experience leading requirements gathering, process analysis, and impact assessment
• Experience testing, supporting UAT, and deploying changes through sandboxes in an Agile environment
• Experience designing scalable, role-based solutions for desktop and mobile that support multiple business units or markets
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, including the Field Service mobile app
• Experience working within SOX or similar change management and audit controls
• Experience maintaining org health, integrations, and AppExchange applications
• Background in gaming, route-based operations, or another regulated or field-service environment
