Role Overview
The Finance & Accounting Executive Lead will oversee teams of Processors and Analysts under Order management/Billing and Accounts Receivable/Collections, and Procure to Pay Tower. The person will be responsible for performance oversight, ensuring productivity and quality metrics are met and reported.
What You Will Do
The role involves coordinating individual and team work assignments, monitoring workload balancing, and supporting high-quality work through a positive environment. The person will also ensure individual and team service levels are met or exceeded, and participate in providing feedback to the Quality team for improvement suggestions.

Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Deal Desk / Quotation Management / Pricing & Quotation
- At least 8-12 years overall work experience; 5-10 years leadership experience
- At least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in OTC specific to Order Management and Billing
- At least 5 years leadership experience
- At least 12+ years of relevant experience in OTC specific to Order Management and Billing
- At least 10 years leadership experience
- With at least 15 years of relevant experience
- With minimum 10 years’ Quote to Cash (QTC) experience including Order management or deal desk or billing or collections etc.
- With at least 10+ years people leadership/managerial experience
- Finance, Accounting, Business Degree
- Procure to Pay Sr. Manager
- With at least 12+ years of relevant experience
- With minimum 5 years Source to Pay (STP) experience
- With AP/P2P process exposure
- With at least 10 years people leadership/managerial experience
- Accounting or Finance Degree
- CPPP certification is preferred only
- Open to any major ERP/P2P platform
- Open to any Shared Services, GBS (Global Business Services), or BPO environment
