Finance Operations Transformation Manager

Role Overview

We are growing Accenture’s Finance Reinvention practice within the Global Network, partnering with CFOs and Finance Leaders to support enterprise-wide strategy by designing and implementing transformation strategies.

What You Will Do

Design and implement finance solutions, build and develop value business cases, manage project delivery activities, and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Industrial Engineering
• +8 years of relevant experience in finance transformation or finance advisory roles
• Solid understanding of core Finance functions and operations
• Hands-on experience in transformation projects related to Operating Model, End-to-end process improvement, and Finance Organization Design
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project delivery end-to-end
• Strong understanding of the Finance technology landscape: ERP architectures (SAP, Oracle) and other finance technologies
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to navigate change and ambiguity with flexibility and agility
