Role Overview
We are growing Accenture’s Finance Reinvention practice within the Global Network, partnering with CFOs and Finance Leaders to support enterprise-wide strategy by designing and implementing finance transformation strategies.
What You Will Do
Execute current-state assessments, design future-state finance processes, analyze financial and operational data, and support project delivery activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Industrial Engineering
- +5 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, finance consulting, or finance advisory roles
- Solid understanding of core Finance functions and operations
- Knowledge of End-to-end process logic and best practices
- Broad understanding of AI / Generative AI / Agentic and their potential impact on finance processes
- Proactive interest in learning new skills, applications and technologies
- Ability to structure problems, analyze data, and communicate insights clearly
- Ability to navigate change and ambiguity with flexibility and agility
