Life Science CRM Analyst

Role Overview

Join our team in Strategy & Consulting to solve our clients’ toughest commercial challenges, as you work with exceptional people, the latest CRM platforms, and leading life sciences companies across the globe.

What You Will Do

Design and configure CRM solutions on Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for pharma, biotech, and medtech clients. Lead requirements gathering and business process design across field sales, MSL, KAM, and medical affairs workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• B.Tech/BE/B.Pharma + MBA mandatory
• Hands-on CRM platform experience with Veeva CRM or Vault CRM and/or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
• Deep understanding of life sciences commercial processes and AI in CRM
• Strong requirements and BA skills: process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), gap analysis, user story writing with clear acceptance criteria, and stakeholder workshop facilitation across commercial, medical, and IT functions.
• Agile delivery experience: minimum 2 years working within a Scrum or SAFe team on a CRM implementation
• User persona fluency: ability to design differentiated CRM workflows for field sales reps, MSLs, KAMs, country managers, and medical affairs teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into platform-ready requirements.
