Role Overview

Seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and drive the end-to-end transformation of Intel’s Rebate operations, with a primary focus on GRAST and IAO workstreams.

What You Will Do

Own and drive the GRAST and IAO transformation roadmap, establish program governance structure, lead program planning sessions, and facilitate alignment between business process owners and system teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program/project management experience
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional, global programs in a matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of rebate operations, incentive management, or trade finance processes
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, SFDC, or equivalent) in a transformation context
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification preferred
