Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer Lead (Agentforce)

Role Overview

Accenture’s Salesforce practice is looking for an Associate Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help clients accelerate their adoption of Agentic AI using Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud. The role involves working directly with clients to identify high-value AI opportunities, design intelligent agent workflows, and build and validate Agentforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

The FDE will lead discovery workshops, translate business requirements into agentic workflows, and define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for AI deployments. They will also design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions, build and configure agents, and leverage Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs, and platform capabilities to enable agent actions.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, 3 years of experience leading client discovery, requirements gathering, and solution delivery, and 1 year of experience in designing and demonstrating at least one end-to-end Agentforce use case.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience of Salesforce implementation experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading client discovery, requirements gathering, and solution delivery
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Flow, APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Minimum of 1 year of experience of demonstrated hands-on Agentforce configuration and agent-building capability, with working knowledge of Data Cloud / Data 360 concepts and Salesforce data models
• Minimum of 1 year of experience of designing and demonstrating at least one end-to-end Agentforce use case
