Strategy Consultant – Corporate Strategy & Growth

Role Overview

As a Strategy Consultant, you will work in a high-performance environment with young and enthusiastic colleagues to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed. You will take on responsibility for your own workstreams within projects and give guidance to analysts. You will also be involved in actively growing and developing our Amsterdam-based team, where you can express your entrepreneurial capabilities.

What You Will Do

As part of a project team, you will be directly on-site with clients, developing strategies around growth, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and new digital business models. You will analyze our clients’ strategic challenges, solve complex problems, and help them determine strategic direction, vision and goals.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree with excellent academic achievements, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
• 2-5 years of strategy consulting experience and/or relevant experience in a strategic function of a large enterprise
• Affinity with technology and digitalization
• Excellent presentation & communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
• You are a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside of the box
• You are a proactive, entrepreneurial and driven person
• You are structured and analytical
