As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Access Business Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, running initial outreach, qualifying interest, and booking demos for the Account Executive team. You will also participate in the Value Catalyst compensation track, where you will share in the commission when you materially help an AE close a deal you sourced or supported. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of sales experience in any B2B role and be comfortable with rejection, able to write clear follow-up emails, and communicate well in writing and on calls.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in any B2B role
- Ability to work independently with high accountability, follow-through, and time management
- Comfortable using HubSpot and modern sales tools
- Ability to communicate well in writing and on calls
- Coachable and able to learn the Guardian product line
- Ability to run a 15-minute qualifying call and end it with either a booked demo or a clean ‘not now’ plus a follow-up trigger
