Sales Development Representative – Microsoft 365 + Guardian (Tier-1 CSP)

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify prospective customers, run initial outreach, qualify interest, and book demos for our Account Executive team. The ideal candidate is hungry, coachable, and good with people. We will teach you Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and our Guardian product line.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience in any B2B role
  • Ability to run a follow-up cadence and stick to it
  • Comfortable with rejection and follow-up discipline
  • Strong communication and process skills
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability
