Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Change Management is responsible for leading holistic change enablement efforts for large scale strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
Lead Change Enablement Strategy and Execution, Program Focus and Delivery Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory Support, Change Readiness and Impact Management, Communications and Enablement Alignment, Measurement and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in change management

- Experience with program delivery leadership and change readiness management
