Role Overview

Acrisure’s Growth & Placement Analytics team supports executive leadership in North America Insurance business, translating complex data into business decisions. As a Senior Strategic Data Analyst, you will independently identify business needs, structure analytical approaches, and drive executive-ready recommendations.

What You Will Do

You will own end-to-end analytical products, drive multi-quarter initiatives, and communicate with executive audiences. You will also design and deliver enterprise-scale analytical products, integrate AI into analytical workflows, and architect data assets.

You will be a fit if you have 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, a strong command of SQL, and a track record of owning end-to-end analytical products. You should also have experience with modern cloud data warehouses, AI integration, and executive-grade communication.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a strategy-adjacent analytics role
• Expert command of SQL
• A demonstrable track record of owning end-to-end analytical products
• Deep experience with a modern cloud data warehouse
• Proven ability to independently frame ambiguous business problems
• Executive-grade communication
• Experience integrating AI or ML into analytical workflows
• Experience with a BI or visualization tool
