Role Overview
Action Day Schools is looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an important role in how we connect with current and prospective families across our digital channels.
What You Will Do
Manage relationships with digital advertising agency and other marketing vendors, review digital advertising performance, create and coordinate digital content, oversee social media strategy, and track and report on social media engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, websites, and digital analytics
- Experience working with and managing marketing agencies, vendors, or outside partners
- Ability to understand marketing data and translate it into clear recommendations and next steps
- Strong project management, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build positive, productive relationships with different personalities and teams
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership, solve problems, and follow through
- Comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and hands-on marketing needs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, or similar platforms is a plus!
