Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for positioning and communicating the sopp+sopp proposition, and for developing and delivering the go-to-market strategy that supports our sales and business development growth plans.

What You Will Do

Build and deliver the sopp+sopp marketing strategy and plan, aligned to sales targets and business development priorities, across all market-facing channels. Research and develop propositions for new markets, sectors and channels, building market intelligence on customers, competitors and industry trends to inform strategy.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in B2B marketing, covering proposition or product marketing, digital marketing and content creation
• Ability to create a marketing strategy and do the hands-on work to deliver it
• Ability to define value propositions for services and solutions
• Experience of market research and turning insight into practical marketing plans
• Confident, practical user of Claude or similar intelligent writing, research and analysis tools, with the curiosity to find and test new ones
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing and PPC advertising, to drive online visibility and engagement
• Strong analytical skills to measure and assess the performance of marketing initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of creating content from scratch – planning, researching and engaging with stakeholders to understand and deliver quality content
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders independently
