Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Role Overview

Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead month-end close, drive budgeting and forecasting, and ensure financial performance understanding across the organization.

What You Will Do

Support month-end financial close, lead financial reporting, own internal budgeting and forecasting, review financial results, and partner with departments to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with up to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Audit background and a strong grasp of accounting concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication with confident stakeholder engagement
• An analytical, critical-thinking approach to problem solving
• High attention to detail and the ability to translate data into insight
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with NetSuite and NSPB
• A track record of driving process improvement or automation initiatives
