Role Overview
The Principal Strategy – Business Data Analyst will join a highly visible team responsible for analyzing and guiding key business initiatives. This role combines advanced analytics with strategic insight, supporting leadership in making data-driven decisions that impact overall company performance.
What You Will Do
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy-related roles

- Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and automation techniques
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting executive-level decision-making
- Strong analytical mindset combined with business acumen
