Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

Independently develop complex Salesforce components, act as technical lead for the offshore development team, and manage day-to-day development across sprints.

What You Will Do

Translate business requirements into technical designs, design and configure Service Cloud capabilities, and ensure compliance with deployment and testing standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior- or lead-level experience in Salesforce development
• Proven experience providing functional leadership to onshore and/or offshore development teams
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and the security model
• Experience with integration architectures (APIs, middleware/integration layer) is an advantage
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Application Architect/System Architect, Service Cloud) are desirable
